Christmas opening hours

Day Date Opening Hours Friday  24th December  8am – 1pm Wednesday  29th December 8am – 5.30pm Thursday 30th December 8am – 5.30pm Friday  31st December 8am – 5.00pm Tuesday  4th January onwards open as usual 8am – 5.30pm

Our on call system (24 hours a day) will be in operation over the Christmas break as usual.  Please use this line for emergencies only. If you are unable to work when you have been booked to do so we need to know as at any other time of the year! Phone 01453 755330 to speak to a consultant.

Your pay over the Christmas break

As at any time of year we will need your timesheets in on time if we are to pay you. As this is an extremely busy period we will be unable to chase your timesheets in. If you do not get them to us then you will be paid late. Please do not expect your money on time if you do not get your details to us!

If you work on the week before Christmas (week commencing 20th December) we will need your timesheets as soon as you have finished work on the 24th.  If you're working on Christmas day or boxing day please ensure they are delivered to us by hand on the day you work.  We cannot trust the Christmas post as it's likely to be very very busy!

Your pay will be processed and paid the same as usual for Friday 31st December by BACS into your bank account. But ONLY IF YOU ENSURE WE HAVE YOUR TIMESHEETS.  If you are being paid by cheque you can collect it on Friday 31st December before 4pm (If we post it we cannot guarantee when it may arrive)

If you are working week commencing 27th December your money will be paid as to you as usual by BACS into your bank account on Friday 7th January.  Please ensure you drop your timesheets in as soon as you finish work – the Christmas post is likely to cause a delay.
